Cancellation Of Orders
Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® reserves the right to cancel any order placed on this website at any time and for any reason.  In the event such an order is cancelled, your credit card account will be credited with a refund provided you have not received any goods or services at the time of cancellation.  You may cancel an order without charge, and for a full refund, at any time prior to a Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® representative arriving at your residence or other location to verify your measurements prior to installation.  For "do it yourself" products and all non-templated and installed products, you may cancel an order within three business days from the order date. If you wish to cancel an order after a representative has arrived at your residence or other location to verify your measurements prior to installation, a cancellation after measurement fee of $150.00 will be applied and non refundable. After signing the Fabrication Authorization Form you may not cancel your order.

Warranties
The service and content from or through this website are provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Countertop Express®/ Vanitytop Express® will not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind arising out of or resulting from use of this Web site (including data loss, corruption, or any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic files or at the site), regardless of whether such liability is based in Tort, Contract or otherwise.

The remedies available under these Terms & Conditions are exclusive. Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If a product offered by Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® for a refund.

Fraud
In the event Countertop Express®/Vanitytop Express® determines, that an order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order, for any reason, at any time, and whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or a credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Countertop Express®/ Vanitytop Express® shall issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount equal to the charge.
