Delivery & Availability
Delivery Method
All of our non-installed products will be delivered by a private ground service carrier. All ground deliveries are tailgate deliveries at the end of your driveway. You will need to be prepared to unload the package and
transfer it into your home or office once it arrives. If you require an inside delivery, please notify us so that we can arrange to assist you. Additional fees apply. Please make final delivery arrangements with us at the time of
placing your order.
Check Deliveries For Damage Upon Receiving
When your order arrives, please inspect your merchandise to ensure that the products have not been damaged in transit by the carrier. Inspect all boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect all contents for any physical
damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, please indicate on the delivery receipt. Once you have signed that delivery receipt, the contents become your property so please inspect carefully.
If there is damage sufficient to render the product(s) unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at
516-612-2764.
Undetected damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation has been made at the time of delivery. If you do discover internal (non-visible) damage, please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will do everything we can to work with you and the carrier to arrive at a solution.
Availability
In most cases the products and colors offered on our Web site are currently in stock by our local distributors. Inventory levels are updated regularly. On rare occasions our local distributors run out of a color before the
inventory is updated, it will be possible to place an order for a color that is temporarily out of stock. In such an event, you will be notified of any delays in your order that may result.
